Who we are

G&G Strategy Consulting Ltd is an independent company, registered in the UK (11803444).  We are a boutique consultancy company, including Sentient Digital Consulting, a responsible technology consultancy and Evaluate Strategy, an electric vehicle, fleet and infrastructure consultancy.  You can read more about us on our websites www.sentientdigitalconsulting.com and https://www.evaluatestrategy.com/.  

What data we collect and how

Our website is powered by Squarespace.  This website uses cookies and similar technologies, which are small files or pieces of text that download to a device when a visitor accesses a website or app.  These functional and required cookies are always used, which allow Squarespace, our hosting platform, to securely serve this website to you. They include cookies that allow us to monitor browser type,  browser language and the timestamp for the request, so that the website runs smoothly, and Squarespace can identify any bugs.  

Subject to your consent, when you agree to cookies on our website, some additional analytics and performance cookies are also used on this site.  This helps us to see if our website is proving useful as a marketing tool for us and an information tool for you.  

These analytics cookies collect some personal data to power our site analytics, including:

Which information is disclosed to 3rd parties?

We share this information with Squarespace, our website analytics provider, to learn about site traffic and activity.

How is data kept secure, and what happens in the instance of a data breach

Squarespace is responsible for maintaining the security of your data.  You can find out more about how they do this, in their data processing addendum.  

As the processor of your data, Squarespace will notify us of any data breach on notification.  If applicable to your data, we will then inform you of this issue without undue delay.  

Personal Data of Children:

We do not knowingly collect or solicit Personal Data from anyone in the EU, United Kingdom, Lichtenstein, Norway, or Iceland under the age of 16.  If you are under 16, please do not attempt to register for the Services or send any Personal Data about yourself to us.  If we learn that we have collected Personal Data from a child under age 16, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe that a child under 16 may have provided us Personal Data, please contact us at georgie@sentientdigitalconsulting.com.

What rights you have, as a user, in terms of withdrawal of consent and deletion of data

You have certain rights with respect to your Personal Data, including those set forth below.  For more information about these rights, or to submit a request, please email georgie@sentientdigitalconsulting.com. Please note that in some circumstances, we may not be able to fully comply with your request, such as if it is frivolous or extremely impractical, if it jeopardizes the rights of others, or if it is not required by law, but in those circumstances, we will still respond to notify you of such a decision.  In some cases, we may also need to you to provide us with additional information, which may include Personal Data, if necessary to verify your identity and the nature of your request.

Access: You can request more information about the Personal Data we hold about you and request a copy of such Personal Data. 

Rectification: If you believe that any Personal Data we are holding about you is incorrect or incomplete, you can request that we correct or supplement Personal Data by emailing us at georgie@sentientdigitalconsulting.com.

Erasure: You can request that we erase some or all of your Personal Data from our systems.

Withdrawal of Consent: If we are processing your Personal Data based on your consent (as indicated at the time of collection of such data), you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Please note, however, that if you exercise this right, you may have to then provide express consent on a case-by-case basis for the use or disclosure of certain of your Personal Data, if such use or disclosure is necessary to enable you to utilize some or all of our Services.

Portability: You can ask for a copy of your Personal Data in a machine-readable format.  You can also request that we transmit the data to another controller where technically feasible.

Objection: You can contact us to let us know that you object to the further use or disclosure of your Personal Data for certain purposes, such as for direct marketing purposes.

Restriction of Processing: You can ask us to restrict further processing of your Personal Data.

Right to File Complaint: You have the right to lodge a complaint about our practices with respect to your Personal Data with the supervisory authority of your country or EU Member State.

What happens if our Privacy Policy terms and conditions are updated

We may revise and amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the changes on this page and update the effective date. By continuing to use our Services after those changes become effective, you are agreeing to the terms of the revised policy.
